Smokey Mountain Chèvre with Quick-Wilted Greens

In a kale rut? This delicious green can be eaten year-round, but sometimes needs a little lift.  Our favorite way to mix it up is to lightly sauté it, and mix it up with caramelized onion compotetoasted bread cubesapplewood smoked chèvre & fresh arugula. It sounds super fancy, but shhhh – it is SUPER EASY!
